We aim to ship all goods from our warehouse in New Zealand within 24 hours. If you've selected a shipping option with tracking, we'll email you the tracking reference number on dispatch.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping to destinations outside of New Zealand is taking much longer and is costing considerably more due to the pandemic.

Delivery within New Zealand
Goods are shipped by NZ Post. Target delivery is 2-3 working days. Rural or PO Box delivery may take a day or two longer.
Delivery to Australia
Goods are shipped by AirMail. Target delivery is 5-10 working days.
Delivery to the rest of the world
Goods are shipped by AirMail, with international tracking if requested. Target delivery is 10-14 days.
Receipt of damaged goods
Please contact us immediately. If you received the goods by courier, please note any damage when signing for your package and ask the courier driver to do the same. The goods should then be returned to us using our returns process.
Delayed or non-delivery of goods
If you don't receive your goods within the target timeframe, please let us know and we will try and trace from our end. Delivery to destinations outside major cities or where your item is dutiable or held in customs awaiting clearance, may take longer.
Taxes and duties
Different countries have different policies regarding the importation and taxation of goods for personal use. While we make every effort to ensure that items we ship to you are properly documented for customs, we do not take responsibility for any additional taxes, duties or other charges that may be imposed on import or receipt. Any such charges that are incurred inside your country are your responsibility.
